We endeavour to dispatch all orders we recieve within five working days, unless stated otherwise. Please note that as we are generally closed on Mondays, any orders placed on weekends will be processed at the earliest possible opportunity from Tuesday onwards.
On rare occassions, a product ordered from the website may be out of stock. This is because stock levels are shared between both our online and physical gift shops. In these instances, we may dispatch products at a later date (up to 28 days after purchase) when the requested product is back in stock. You will be notified at this stage of any expected changes to item availability or delivery times, as well as the option of a full refund instead of delivery of the product.
We cannot be held responsible for disruption to delivery caused by industrial disputes or action outside our direct control. If such disruption occurs you will be offered delivery via an alternative delivery or fulfilment company or a full refund.
If you are ordering a product from outside the UK the recipient of the product is responsible for all customs duties or tariffs incurred in the country to which the products are shipped. Furthermore your order may be subject to delay or be opened and searched by local customs authorities when entering the destination country. Please note we are unable to provide specific advice on customs duties or tariffs.
When delivery is outside the mainland UK it may sometimes be necessary to charge additional shipping. Customers will always be contacted and offered the choice of cancellation.
