Q) I have a Coupon/Gift Voucher code. How do I redeem it?

A) Codes must be applied in the Shopping Cart before advancing to the Checkout.

After adding your item(s) to the Cart, select "Shopping Cart" from the top of the page and then click "View Cart".

Below your order summary will be a section titled "What would you like to do next?" Select either "Use Coupon Code" or "Use Gift Voucher" and then enter the code when prompted. After pressing the "Apply" button, the corresponding discount will be applied to any eligible items.

Q) What does the (+£x.xx) mean on certain product options? How can I find out the total cost?

A) Some products have a base price that may increase based on the options that are selected. Some examples of this are Experience Day vouchers if adding additional participants or spectators, or items that are otherwise identical yet are available in multiple size or buying options (like Season Tickets or Photo Prints.)

The figure in brackets besides certain product options represents the additional cost above the base price (e.g +£5.00) which will be added to the value of the item. 

To verify the total cost of your order, select any relevant options and add the item to the Shopping Cart. The order summary will show the item's price after any additional costs have been applied.

Q) Is all of your stock available online? I can't find what I'm looking for

The selection of products on our online shop is growing all the time. However, this is but a small snapshot the stock available from our physical gift shop.

We hope to regularly update the selection from our website, but if you can't find what you're looking for please do get in touch. It may be that we have an item in stock that is not currently listed, and we will be able to add the item to the catalogue or arrange a sale via alternative means.
